Yes! It is safe to eat raw, has been since 08! (shout out to us). Our cookie dough is made with heat treated flour and without eggs, you're keeping it real with EatPastry.

Yes, we do! Making our cookie dough safe to eat raw!

Once you crack the seal, we recommend eating the cookie dough within 3-4 weeks (good luck having it last that long though...). The dough can become less moist after being open for 4 weeks. Be sure to reseal the tub tightly each time you put it in the fridge.

At high altitudes you can also try baking at a higher temp (375 F) for less time (8-10 minutes) or add more flour to the dough (about a 1/2 cup).

It's only 'bad' if it is sourced unethically, and we are entirely against that!! Earth Balance (our supplier) has taken a huge stand against unethically and unsustainably sourced palm oil. Any palm oil used in Earth Balance products comes from the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) member organizations, committed to
environmentally and socially responsible palm oil production and are certified to the RSPO Mass Balance certification system2.

We use soy free Earth Balance.

Many of our products are nut free! BUT our processing facility is NOT a dedicated nut free facility. MEANING: Although we have a program in place which properly isolates, labels and handles allergen containing ingredients (in this case nuts) throughout the production process (including sanitation and testing) there are nuts present in the facility. Please refer to individual product labels for specific allergen information, or contact us!

You'll find us chilling out in the fridge of most natural retailers. If you can't find us in your local store, please talk to your store manager and request EatPastry!
