Barely Baked Brookies
Ingredients:
1 tub of eatpastry chocolate chip cookie dough1 3/4 cups flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/8 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted vegan margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract or 2 whatever
1 1/8 cup almond milk
1 1/8 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted vegan margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract or 2 whatever
1 1/8 cup almond milk
1/4 cup hot ass water
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
2. Mix the dry in a bowl (flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, sugar). Add the wet in the middle of the dry (oil, vanilla, milk, water). Mix with a whisk until combined and add additions if you like.
3. Grease an 8x8 brownie dish / baking dish and pour batter in. Set aside.
4. Roll out the cookie dough between two pieces of parchment paper so it doesn't stick to your surface or rolling pin. Try to make it a square shape. Once 1/8 inch thin cut into a square to fit your dish. Drop it on top of the batter.
5. Bake for like 20 - 25 min. It won't be done, just eat it with a spoon OMG. or you can bake it longer and cut it into pieces. Is that more normal? Either way, both very good. Enjoy!
